Pretty funny idea. The coloring came out nice and I really dig the expressions on the fish. His outfit feels a bit weak, I'd say try some more options. Nothing too fancy but maybe a bit more detail. His shapes could use a little work and try looking at some reference for the tattoos. Those can be a real pain to do but really rewarding when done right.

Overall nice job!

Nice job. The muted color palette is nice.

Oozes silliness. I really like that the joy in his expression transfers into his hair. Maybe a more active pose would suit this jolly fellow better.
